Dialogue: Oud Zeer
- Date: 15 August
- Time: 12:30 - 14:30
- Location: Grote Kerk
On 15 August, we commemorate the end of the Second World War in the former Dutch East Indies. As every year, there will be a special dialogue in the Grote Kerk in The Hague. It will take place from 12:30 to 14:30.
The dialogue is a moment of meeting, listening and sharing. Everyone is welcome. People who have been affected by the war and its aftermath, either personally or through family or friends, are especially invited. Together, we will reflect on what this history means to us, then and now.
From the beginning of August, you will find more information about the programme on this website and you can register to participate.
The dialogue is part of a broader commemoration programme that runs from 12:00 to 16:15. More information about this can be found here. You can choose to attend only the dialogue, only the afternoon programme, or both.
Please register for the dialogue here.
