Running for justice

  • Date: 21 October

The world is under pressure: war on Europe’s borders, millions of people displaced, and a climate crisis that is having a profound impact everywhere. Right now, the government is choosing to cut back on international cooperation. Cutting back on this is shortsighted and unjust! The Netherlands is not an island. Development cooperation is an investment in human rights, equality, and crisis management.

That’s why we’re taking action. On October 21st, we’re organising a unique marathon relay race past the offices of political parties. With every step, we’re demonstrating that international cooperation is essential – for freedom, security, and justice.

With a broad coalition of social organisations, trade unions, churches, and athletes, we show that solidarity does not stop at the border.

  • Run a stage
  • Help out as a supporter
  • Put solidarity in motion

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just helping us along the route, your participation counts. Every meter is a statement that politicians can’t ignore.
