Jolien Schukking is the Dutch judge at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Nexhmi Rexhepi is President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo. This will be followed by a panel discussion on the right to demonstrate, with contributions from René de Beukelaer, Chief Public Prosecutor in Amsterdam; Sander van der Hulle, General Commander of Demonstrations with the police and Head of Security and Protection at The Hague Police; and Tamara Buruma, lawyer.
After these presentations, we will open the floor for discussion. Edwin Bleichrodt, Attorney General at the Supreme Court, will close the event.
