Daniel C. Thomas

Daniel C. Thomas is Professor of International Relations at the Institute of Political Science at Leiden University. His research focuses on international norms, international order and EU decision-making on foreign policy and enlargement. He also worked on international human rights issues at the European Commission's Directorate-General for External Relations.
