Manager director of The Hague Humanity Hub

Jill Wilkinson is the Managing Director of The Hague Humanity Hub, a unique platform that empowers changemakers to collaborate on complex global challenges and build a more peaceful and just world. Since co-founding the Humanity Hub in 2018, she has led its development into a thriving international community and collaboration space in the heart of The Hague.

With a background spanning corporate strategy, consultancy, and the public sector, Wilkinson brings deep expertise in cross-sector collaboration and organizational development. Under her leadership, the Hub has supported thousands of professionals from over 1,000 organizations—ranging from policymakers and NGOs to artists and social entrepreneurs

The Humanity Hub’s mission is to empower changemakers by fostering dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovation. Its 2,000m² community space hosts co-working, events, and a café/clubhouse, and serves as a welcoming home for collaboration. The Hub also plays a key role in strengthening The Hague’s international ecosystem for peace and justice and engaging the wider public through events and campaigns.

Originally from Canada, Wilkinson holds an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business and an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. She is recognized for her work in social enterprise and was named one of Euclid Network’s Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise.
