An impactful film, followed by an important discussion in collaboration with Asefeh Eskandari (survivor of gender-based violence) and GGD Haaglanden – Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Department.
Professionals and experts-by-experience will guide the conversation in a safe setting, with drinks and snacks provided.

How is women’s emancipation progressing in 2025?
The morning begins with an inspiring conversation between Dolle Mina activists from different generations. Afterwards, you will get creative and design your own protest sign — making your voice and message visible.
The workshop is led by Kathy Murillo and centres around the theme: a woman’s sense of safety.

Exhibition Future Without Scars

Explore the exhibition on The Hague’s approach to addressing female genital mutilation, made possible by GGD Haaglanden.
You’ll find the exhibition in the theatre, along with a reading table featuring books on gender-based violence and safety, in collaboration with the public library.
