The musical accompaniment is in the hands of the ensemble @six, whose sounds enhance and deepen the journey from colony to freedom. An evening full of recognition, emotion, and pride – with music that moves, stories that connect, and a future built on a rich legacy.

Symposium led by Jean-Pierre Polanen

For professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders from the Surinamese community, there will be an afternoon presentation and dialogue session. This symposium is for anyone who wants to further develop their leadership skills and thus contribute to Suriname and its diaspora.
An interactive afternoon in which Jean-Pierre Polanen will present the work and results of Wi Tru Sranan, and outline a vision and strategy for a prosperous Suriname based on national unity, values, and principles.
