Have you always wanted to take a look inside The Hague’s Palace of Justice? See how a court session works, or learn more about the role of a judge or public prosecutor? Then come to the Open Day on Saturday, 8 November.

When and Where
Doors are open from 10:00 to 16:00 at the Palace of Justice, Prins Clauslaan 60, The Hague. The District Court, Court of Appeal, the Administrative Jurisdiction Division for the Enterprise Chamber, and the Public Prosecution Service of The Hague jointly organize this Open Day. Admission is free.

Program
There’s something for everyone, young and old. Attend a mock court session, join a tour of the holding cells, or learn more about intellectual property or international crimes during the masterclasses. You can also follow a basic law lesson.

Activities for Children
Kids can have their photo taken in a judge’s robe, enjoy a coloring activity, or participate in a scavenger hunt.
