Opening photo exhibition 'No Right To Life'

  • Date: 29 November
  • Time: 19:00
  • Location: Amare, Kunstplein

On Sunday 19 October, the premiere of No Right To Life took place in the heart of The Hague: an embodied expression of solidarity in which life in Gaza under siege was brought to life through dance and music, led by the Raj'een dance group.

Programme

7:00 p.m. - Doors open
7:15 p.m. - Musical opening
7:45 p.m. - Dabke workshop by dance group Raj'een (no experience necessary)
8:45 p.m. - Musical closing, snacks and drinks.
9:30 p.m. - End

On Saturday 29 November, No Right To Life returns to Amare for a photo exhibition. The exhibition features beautiful portraits of the participants, offers an impression of the performance on Spuiplein, and provides a glimpse behind the scenes. We will open the exhibition on 29 November with music, dance and informal socialising.

We invite everyone to come and dance Dabke with us and learn about Palestinian culture and resistance. There will be opportunities for conversation and to meet others who are actively committed to the Palestinian cause.

This event will be in English. Translation to Arabic or Dutch will be possible.
